1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging OgInfotech for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or engage our services.
2. Our Services
OgInfotech provides custom software development, cloud and DevOps engineering, AI and automation, mobile application development, system integration, and product design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any paid engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed with the client, which takes precedence over this general document for that engagement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Timely projects depend on timely input. Clients are responsible for providing necessary access, materials, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes. Delays in client-side input may result in corresponding delays to project timelines.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms are set out in the individual proposal or contract for each engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, late payments may result in a pause of active work until accounts are brought current.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code, designs, and other deliverables created specifically for a client transfers to that client upon full payment. OgInfotech retains the right to reuse general-purpose tools, libraries, and know-how developed during an engagement that are not specific to the client's confidential business logic.
6. Confidentiality
We treat client business information, data, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without consent, except where required by law. We expect the same treatment of any of our proprietary methods or materials shared during an engagement.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
We aim for high-quality, well-tested work, but this website and any general information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Specific warranties for paid engagements, if any, are defined in the relevant contract.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OgInfotech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services, beyond the amount actually paid for the relevant engagement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the applicable contract. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OgInfotech is registered to operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client contract specifies otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
